Our teacher is Fifi. She started to learn Belly Dance in 1994. Since starting with the Academy Of Middle Eastern Dance she has done countless workshops with teachers from across Australia and Internationally.

Her interest in Tribal Style Belly Dance started in 1997, when she first purchased a coin bra and belt after watching a tribal performance at the Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival.

She became more involved and interested, doing workshops to learn more. To date, she has done over 200 hours of workshops in Tribal Style Belly Dance with more to come. She encourages all of us to attend these workshops, to learn together.

Her theory that we learn through laughter, and that all opinions and differences are valued helps us explore amazing dances and fantastic costumes.
